Your user name will be your full first name, middle initial and last name (no spaces).

Example: JAMESPSMITH

Your password will be the last four digits of your Social Security Number, your last name, and your birth date (with no zero for months and days 1-9)(no spaces).

Example: ####SMITH1312007

You must re-enter or change your password the first time you log-on.  Please be sure to remember your new password for future use.

PHONE SYSTEM LOGIN PROCEDURE

Your user name will be your full card number listed on your Quarterly Dues Receipt.  This number is seven (7) digits long and may include a letter.  When prompted by the system, enter the card number.  For letters, us the corresponding numbers on the telephone keypad
(for example, you would enter “3” for the letter “D” and “9” for the letter “W”, etc.).

Example: Card Number D123456 would be entered as “3123456”

Your password will be the last four digits of your Social Security Number.

Example: 1234

The phone system login information will not be changeable.
