Kevin Michael Burger passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday the 5th of March 2019 at his home in Minneapolis at the age of 33. He was born on the 29th of October 1985 in Fridley to parents Jeffery Burger and Louise Burger (Caven).
He graduated from Champlin Park High School in June 2004 and from Anoka Technical College in May 2007 from the construction electrician program. After graduating he began his career as a Journeyman Wireman and was a proud brother in the IBEW with nearly 12 years of dedicated service out of his home Local 292.
Kevin was a proud father and led a very active lifestyle including tinkering on house projects, wrenching on cars, and watching football (especially the Vikings)! His other passions included fishing, music and grilling. Kevin was always up for an adventure and was known for his goofy sense of humor, warm-heart, generosity, and for making everyone feel that they were special. Most of all Kevin loved his daughter Faith.
Kevin will be deeply missed by his parents Jeff and Louise, his brother Ben (Evon) Burger, his daughter Faith Elizabeth, beloved girlfriend Jessica Peshek, grandmothers Eleanor Caven and Nancy Burger, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins (all of whom were his favorite), and many friends from all over the country.
There will be a service and celebration of Kevin’s life, followed by a meal next Saturday, March 16th at 11:00 AM at Banquets of MN event center at 6310 Highway 65 NE in Fridley, MN 55432.
