COMET TRAINING
Construction Organizing Membership Education Training – COMET
COMET is an educational class to inform IBEW members of the importance of organizing, and how organizing benefits everyone in the industry. COMET also educates on why it is essential for every member to assist in the local unions organizing efforts.
This event will be held at:
IBEW Local Union 292, 6700 West Broadway Avenue, Brooklyn Park, MN 55428.
Three classes are available and a meal will be provided. Please choose the training that fits your schedule:
Tuesday, January 31, 2023, 5:00 pm—8:00 pm.
Wednesday, February 1, 2023, 5:00 pm—8:00 pm.
Thursday, February 2, 2023, 5:00 pm—8:00 pm.
This class is voluntary; however, the IBEW strongly encourages our members to attend.

This is an excellent opportunity to meet personally with your elected Representatives at the Minnesota State Capitol and talk to them about what is important to the Members of IBEW Local 292. Please join us for this daylong event. Appointments will be made on your behalf, and you will be given an issue sheet to familiarize you with the topics for discussion.
